Billing questions

Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments; card payments (when available) appear on your statement under our payment processor's descriptor, not "Daisy." Full details in the Billing & Refund Policy.

Privacy & data deletion

To access or permanently delete your data, email support@hidaisy.app from your account email. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Content reports

To report content you believe violates our content policy (all content is AI-generated; minors and real-person depictions are strictly prohibited), email support@hidaisy.app with the subject "Content report". Reports are reviewed within 48 hours.
