Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of hidaisy.app and the Daisy companion service (the "Service"), operated by the operator of hidaisy.app ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Adults only (18+)

The Service is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to access any part of the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. We may require age verification and will refuse or terminate access where it cannot be established.

2. What the Service is

Daisy is a wholly fictional, AI-generated persona. She is not a real person. All conversation is generated by artificial intelligence. The Service is entertainment for adults; it is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care or real-world relationships. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

3. Content and age policy (zero tolerance)

• All content on the Service is AI-generated and wholly synthetic. No real persons are depicted. Because no real performers are involved in creating content, no performer records exist; we maintain provenance records for our synthetic persona.
• Content involving minors is absolutely prohibited — requesting, generating, or attempting to elicit it results in immediate termination and, where required, reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
• Content depicting real, identifiable people is prohibited.
• Automated moderation runs on both what you send and what the Service generates. Violations may be blocked, logged, and acted on without notice.

4. Your account and access

Your subscription is tied to the email address you provide at checkout. Your access link is personal to you — anyone holding it can use your access, so keep it private. You are responsible for activity under your access. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Pricing is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we never receive or store your card number or wallet keys. Billing terms, cancellation, and refunds are described in the Billing & Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, and no use that violates the content policy above.
• No attempts to probe, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass access controls, rate limits, or moderation.
• No scraping, reselling, or sharing access to the Service.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect (your email, your conversations, and memory the Service derives from them), how it is protected, and how to have it deleted.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI output can be inaccurate or unpredictable; we make no warranties about it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance. You can stop using the Service at any time; see the Billing & Refund Policy for how billing ends.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
