1. Pricing

Daisy is a single subscription: $19 per month (USD). The exact amount is always shown on the checkout page before you pay. No hidden fees, no upsells inside conversations.

2. Delivery — instant, automatic

Access is digital and delivered automatically: within minutes of your payment confirming, you receive an email with your personal access link. If it hasn't arrived within 1 hour (check spam first), contact support@hidaisy.app — resolving a paid-but-no-access situation is our highest-priority support case, handled same-day.

3. Crypto payments: 30-day pass, no auto-renewal

Cryptocurrency payments cannot auto-renew. One payment buys 30 days of access. When it lapses, access pauses; paying again reactivates the same access link. There is nothing to cancel — if you don't pay again, billing simply stops.

4. Card payments (when available): cancel anytime

Card subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time — effective at the end of the period you've paid for, with no further charges. Cancellation instructions ride in every receipt, or email support@hidaisy.app and we cancel it for you.

Email support@hidaisy.app from the address you used at checkout, with the approximate payment time and (for crypto) the invoice or transaction reference. We respond within 1 business day. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we fix legitimate problems faster than a chargeback does.
